The Funk League Feat. Diamond D & Sadat X “The Boogie Down Bombers”
“The Funk League, the production duo consisting of Paris representatives, Hugo and Soulbrother Suspect, are preparing to release their album “Funky As Usual” on January 24th. Their love for record digging and sampling caught the attention of folks like Diamond D and Large Professor, two artists who have supported this project via their participation in the album. The album is entirely produced by the Funk League but features artists such as Diamond D, Large Professor, Sadat X, Afrika Bambaataa, Gift of Gab, A.G., and others.

J-Live’s long awaited fifth full length album, “S.P.T.A.”, will be available on CD, vinyl and digitally September 27th, 2011. “S.P.T.A. Said Person of That Ability” (Pronounced Spitta) is the follow up to the Undivided Attention EP.This is the first full length project released from his own imprint Triple Threat Productions. The producer, deejay and emcee, approaches this project creatively as if he were a three man group rather than a solo artist. The cover art features illustration by Adam “Illus Wallenta and art direction by Collin Badger of Freshrr. The album features production by J-Live, RJD2, Nicolay, The Audible Doctor, Illastrate, Korede, Floyd The Locsmif, Marco Polo and Diamond D.
