“Maureen “Ma Dukes” Yancey recently revealed some details about the forthcoming release of her son J Dilla‘s latest posthumous album, The Rebirth of Detroit. The album is slated for release in the fall.

The album will consist of brand new and unreleased material from Dilla, and will feature solely artists from his hometown of Detroit.”
